2.Dried red chillies
3.Chana dal
4.Cumin seeds
5.Fennel seeds
6.Pepper corn
7.Garam masala (Cinnamon,cardamom,cloves,coriander seeds)

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add dried red chillies,chana dal,cumin seeds, fennel seeds, pepper corns, coriander seeds, whole garam
masala, roast this in the oil and add pieces of ginger,garlic and
2.Add coconut, cook this till onions are cooked add tomatoes cook this for some time.
3.Rest aside the mixture to cool down now blend this mixture into a smooth paste.
4.Take another bowl add mutton,some water and bring it to boil till mutton is tender.
5.Then add ground paste to the mutton and mix well,cover and cook till 30 minutes on slow flame.After done,sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot.
