Chicken Ginger Bar and Restaurant Style


2.Salt to taste
3.Corn flour
4.Egg mixture
5.Soya sauce
6.Red chilli paste
7.Green chilli sauce
8.Red chilli powder
9.Tomato puree
10.Tomato ketchup
13.Pepper powder crushed
15.Garlic paste
16.Onion paste
17.Ginger paste
18.Spring onions chopped
19.Coriander leaves


1.Take a bowl add chicken,some salt,corn flour,egg mixture,soya sauce and mix well.Marinate the mixture for around 15 minutes
2.Deep fry the chicken and keep aside in a separate bowl.
3.Prepare a slurry by combining red chilli paste,green chilli sauce,soya sauce,red chilli powder,tomato puree,tomato ketchup,MSG,pepper powder,vinegar and mix well.
4.Heat some oil in a pan,add garlic paste and saute for a minute,now add onion paste and cook for another few minutes.
5.Add ginger paste and saute for a minute,add masala slurry and cook for around 5 minutes.Add chicken stock,fried chicken pieces and cook along with sauce for few minutes till its dry.
6.Cook till done,finally sprinkle some chopped spring onions,coriander leaves.Serve hot.
