2.Whole garam masala (cinnamon,cardamom,pepper,cloves,mace,black cardamom,stone flower)
3.Coriander seeds
4.Fennel seeds
5.Poppy seeds (Gasagasalu)
7.Dried red chillies
8.Coconut powder
9.Jowar flour
10.Coconut oil
11.Cumin seeds
12.Onions chopped
13.Salt to taste
14.Ginger garlic paste
15.Turmeric powder
16.Coriander powder


1.Dry roast whole garam masala,coriander seeds,fennel seeds,poppy seeds,shajeera and fry till nice aroma.
2.Add dried red chillies,coconut powder,jowar flour,fry till its nicely roasted on medium flame.
3.Now blend this dry roasted mixture into a smooth powder.
4.Heat some coconut oil in a pan,add onions,salt and fry till light golden colour.Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,ground masala powder and mix well.
5.Add chicken,chicken stock and cook for 20 minutes till soft and tender.
6.Cook till oil floats on top of pan and gravy turns into a thick consistency.Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot.
