Chicken Rasam


2.Green chillies
4.Curry leaves
5.Coriander stems
6.Onions chopped
7.Tomato chopped
8.Salt to taste
9.Pepper corns
10.Cumin seeds
11.Garlic cloves
12.Corn flour
15.Dried red chillies
16.Turmeric powder
17.Coriander leaves


1.Boil chicken bones with some water,add green chillies,ginger,curry leaves,coriander stems.Boil for around 30 minutes.
2.Drain the water into a separate bowl and add tomatoes,onions,salt.Boil for another 15 minutes.
3.Take a small bowl add boneless chicken pieces,combine salt,corn flour,egg and mix well.
4.Add chicken pieces to the boiling chicken stock and cook until pieces float on top.
5.After done add roughly chopped pepper,cumin,garlic cloves and mix well.
the heat,now heat some oil in a pan,add dried red chillies,curry
leaves,coriander leaves,turmeric powder and saute for few seconds and
switch off the flame.Pour in chicken rasam and mix well.Serve hot with
