Mutton Kheema Masala Kabab


1.Mutton minced
2.Salt to taste
3.Green chillies
4.Garam masala powder
5.Onion chopped
6.Pudine chopped
7.Coriander leaves
9.Turmeric powder
10.Red chilli powder
11.Cumin powder
12.Coriander powder
13.Ginger garlic paste
14.Tomato puree


1.Take a bowl add mince meat,add salt,garam masala powder,green chillies,onions,pudina leaves,coriander and mix well all the ingredients and prepare flat tikkis,keep aside.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions,salt and saute till nice golden colour.
3.Add turmeric,green chillies,red chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,ginger garlic paste and fry for few minutes on medium flame.
4.Now add remainig mutton pieces to the pan and mix well,cook for a minute.Add some water as required and bring it to boil for 15 minutes,after done now add tomato puree and mix well.
5.Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes,meanwhile heat some oil in a pan place prepared patties and cook well.
6.Keep turning the patties,cook on both sides evenly till done.Pour the gravy on top of hot rice and place the patties,serve hot.
