Chicken Chana Masala


2.Ginger garlic paste
3.Onion chopped
5.Turmeric powder
6.Red chilli powder
7.Garam masala powder
10.Chana dal boiled
11.Coriander leaves


1.Heat some oil in a pan,fry chicken pieces for few minutes,sprinkle some salt and saute till they turn into light golden brown colour,cook until its 70% done.
2.Remove the chicken pieces and add onions,ginger garlic paste and fry till onions turn into golden colour.
3.Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masla powder,curd and mix well.Cook for few minutes till mixture releases oil around the pan.
4.Now add tomatoes and mix well,cook till soft and tender.Add chana dal,fried chicken and mix well,cover and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes till done.Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis and naans.
