Fried Chicken Biryani


2.Turmeric powder
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Red chilli powder
5.Salt to taste
6.Garam masala powder
7.Whole garam masala
8.Onion chopped
9.Tomatoes chopped
10.Coriander powder
11.Green chillies
13.Mint leaves
14.Coriander leaves
15.Lemon juice
16.Fried onions
17.Saffron strands soaked in water


1.Take a bowl add chicken,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,salt,garam masala powder and mix well all the ingredients and keep aside for 1/2 hour.
2.Now deep fry the chicken till 70-80% done and keep aside.
3.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add whole garam masala,onions and saute till nice golden colour.
4.Add turmeric powder,salt and saute,Now add tomatoes and cook till soft.
5.Add red chilli powder,coriander powder,green chillies,curd,pudina,coriander leaves,salt and mix well,cook for another 2 minutes.
6.Add pudina leaves,2 cups of water,fried chicken and sprinkle some lemon juice,remaining garam masala powder.
7.Now add 70% cooked basmati rice and spread evenly,sprinkle fried onions,saffron water and cover it with a lid containing dough round.
8.Now transfer the pan onto a tawa and cook on medium flame for 15 minutes till done.Remove the lid and serve hot.
