3.Chana dal
4.Moong dal
5.Sesame seeds
7.Tempering seeds
8.Coriander leaves
9.Curry leaves
10.Cashew nuts
11.Green chillies
12.Salt to taste
13.Turmeric powder


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,red chillies,curry leaves,green chillies,turmeric,usirikaya grated and saute for few minutes.
2.Add carrot grated and fry for a minute,switch off the flame.
3.Take a bowl add cooked rice,ground masala powder (chana dal,urad dal,red chillies,sesame seeds,moong dal) curry leaves,salt,fried mixture and mix well all the ingredients.
4.Fry cashew nuts in oil for a minute and transfer into pulihora,garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
