Cabbage Pakoda


1.Cabbage finely shredded
2.Besan flour
3.Rice flour
4.Salt to taste
5.Oil for deep frying
6.Red chilli paste
8.Green chillies
9.Curry leaves
10.Coriander leaves
11.Carom seeds


1.Take a deep bowl add besan flour,rice flour,salt,oil,carom seeds,cabbage,onions,green chillies,curry leaves,coriander leaves and mix well.
2.Splash few drops of water and mix well,prepare pakodi batter.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.Slowly drop the mixture in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp,Serve hot.
