Mango Halwa


1.Mango pulp 4 cups
3.Corn flour
4.Sugar 4 cups
5.Cashew nuts
7.Cardamom powder


1.Take a pan pour some ghee and melt it,add mango pulp and cook for few minutes.
2.Dissolve corn flour in some water and add to the mango pulp and stir well.
3.Now keep stirring the mixture until it attains thick consistency,cook on slow flame.
4.Cook for around 40-45 minutes,in between add 1 tbsp ghee for every 10 minutes.
5.Add crushed cashew nuts,badam,cardamom powder and mix well.Cook for another 10 minutes till it becomes thick mass.
6.After done transfer into a ghee greased plate,set aside for 2 hours and cut into desired shapes and serve.
