Badam Lauki ka halwa


1.Badam soaked,peeled and blended
3.Sorakaya grated
6.Cardamom powder


1.Take a pan pour some ghee and melt it,add badam paste and mix it well.Saute for 5 minutes.
2.In the same pan add sorakaya grated to the pan and mix it well for 2-3 minutes.
3.Add sugar and mix well,cook for 15 minutes till it becomes dry and oozes out some moisture.
4.Add kova,cardamom powder and mix well evenly.now keep on stirring the mixture without sticking to the bottom of pan on medium flame.
5.Cook till done,switch off the flame and garnish with badam slices and serve.
