Indian Garlic Bread


1.Wheat flour
2.Salt to taste
4.Pepper powder
6.Rice flour
7.Cumin powder
8.Dry Mango powder
9.Garlic finely chopped


1.Take a deep bowl add wheat flour,salt,oil and some water,prepare a smooth dough and rest aside for 15 minutes.
2.Meanwhile take a small bowl add ghee,combine,salt,pepper powder,cumin powder,dry mango powder,garlic chopped and mix well.Prepare a smooth paste.
3.Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into a chapathi,now apply the garlic paste and roll into a paratha by forming layers,dusting some dry flour.
4.Heat a skillet and place the paratha,cook on both sides evenly till brown colour spots appear,grease some ghee and serve hot.
