1.Take a deep bowl add panner grated 1 cup,sugar powder 1/2 cup (as per your taste),cashew nuts powder or nuts,cardamom powder and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
2.Prepare a smooth with maida flour by adding a pinch of salt.Rest aside the dough for 1 hour.Fry cashews in ghee and keep aside.
3.Divide the dough into small portions and prepare small puri,place the paneer stuffing in and wrap it around.
4.Meanwhile heat a skillet by drizzling some ghee or oil.place the bobattu on pan and cook.
5.Cook on both side evenly till golden brown colour and garnish with fried cashew nuts.Serve hot
