2.Rice flour
3.Bread powder
4.Egg 1
5.Oregano powder
6.Red chilli flakes
7.Salt to taste
8.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add egg mixture,add salt,red chilli flakes,salt,oregano powder and mix well,now pour this slurry in a plate and keep aside.
2.Now coat the brinjal pieces (cut into 1 inch pieces) in rice flour(add some salt to rice flour) and egg mixture,repeat the same process for 2 times until brinjal pieces are well coated.
3.Finally coat with bread powder,meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Gently drop the coated brinjal pieces in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.Serve hot.
