3.Green chillies
5.Salt to taste
6.Turmeric powder
7.Red chilli powder
8.Cumin seeds
9.Curry leaves
10.Masala powder
11.Peanut powder
12.Coriander leaves


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions,green chillies,curry leaves and saute for few minutes.
2.Add ginger garlic paste and saute,add brinjal pieces and mix well.
3.Cook till brinjals pieces are tender,add salt,turmeric and saute gently,cook for another few minutes.
4.Remove the pulp from boiled chinthakayalu,add to frying pan and mix well.Add garam masala powder and saute for a minute.
5.Add dry roasted peanuts powder dissolve in water,add to frying pan and give it a good mix.Add some red chilli powder and mix well,cook till done.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
