2.Coconut oil
3.Dried red chillies
4.Coconut grated
5.Pepper corns
6.Chana dal
7.Urad dal
8.Turmeric powder
9.Salt to taste
10.Tamarind juice
13.Toor dal boiled
14.Mustard seeds
16.Curry leaves


1.Take a pan pour some water,add in turmeric powder,salt,brinjal,tamarind uice and bring it to boil.Cover and cook for few minutes till brinjal are tender.
2.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it,fry dried red chillies,chana dal,urad dal,pepper,coriander seeds till they are slighlty golden in colour.
3.Add grated coconut and fry for another few minutes till light brown colour.Transfer into a blender and prepare into a smooth paste.
4.Add jaggery,ground paste and mix well,cover and cook for another few minutes.
5.Add boiled peanuts,boiled toor dal and give it a stir,cook on medium flame for few minutes.
6.Meanwhile take another pan pour some oil and heat it,add dried red chillies,mustard seeds,hing,curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
7.Pour tempering mixture on top of curry and sprinkle some grated coconut.Serve hot.
