Corn Spinach cheese Toast


2.Spinach shredded
5.Butter slices
6.Red chilli flakes
7.Garlic chopped
8.Nut meg powder
9.Onion chopped
10.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan add some butter and melt it,add garlic chopped,onions and saute for few minutes.
2.Add nut meg powder and mix well,add salt,maida and cook for few minutes till raw smell goes off.
3.Add corn to the frying pan and give it a mix.Gradually add milk and mix it well and cook till it attains thick consistency.
4.Add spinach shredded and cook for another few minutes on low flame.Switch off the flame and apply the mixture on bread slices evenly and cut the edges.
5.Sprinkle some red chilli flakes and grated cheese and serve immediately.
