Chicken Adobo


2.Garlic chopped finely
3.Bay leaves
4.Pepper corns crushed
5.Soya sauce


1.Take a bowl combine chicken,pepper corn,garlic chopped,bay leaves,vinegar,soya sauce,some water and mix well and refrigerate overnight.
2.Heat a pan,add in marinated chicken to the pan and cook around 25-30 minutes on medium flame by covering a lid,till chicken is done.
3.After done take a strainer and separate the chicken pieces and chicken stock into a separate bowl.
4.Take a another pan pour some oil and heat it,add garlic chopped,boiled chicken and fry.
5.Keep turning the chicken in between till it turns brown colour on both sides and cooked evenly.
6.Now add chicken stock to the pan and cook for another few minutes till stock attains thick consistency.Cook on medium flame till done.Finally serve hot with biryani...or fried rice.
