2.Cinnamon stick
4.Garlic cloves
5.Green chillies
7.Coriander leaves
8.Pepper corns
10.Poppy seeds
11.Cumin seeds
13.Turmeric powder
14.Salt to taste
15.Lemon juice


a pan dry roast cinnamon stick,pepper corns,poppy seeds,cloves,cumin
seeds and saute for few minutes on medium flame,rest aside to cool the
ingredients and blend into a smooth powder.
2.In the same pan pour
some oil,add tamarind,garlic cloves,ginger,green chillies and saute for
few minutes till chillies become lightly soft.
3.Add good amount of coriander leaves and turmeric powder,mix well.Cook for few minutes and transfer into a blender jar.
with poppy seeds and blend well into a smooth paste.Transfer into a
bowl,add salt,lemon juice and add in chicken.Mix well.
5.Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
another pan pour good amount of oil and heat it.Place the marinated
chicken in pan and cook for 7 minutes by covering a lid.
7.Cook on medium heat and turn the chicken pieces in between and cook well till it turns brownish colour.
8.Add some sweetened rum,onion circles and green chillies slitted.Cover and cook for another few minutes.Serve hot.
