2.Mustard seeds
3.Dried red chillies
4.Fenugreek seeds
6.Green chillies
7.Garlic cloves
8.Salt to taste
9.Urad dal

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add in mustard seeds,dried red chillies,fenugreek seeds,tamarind,green chillies,garlic cloves and saute for few minutes.
2.Add chinthachiguru leaves and saute for a while,keep stirring.Add some salt to taste.
3.Cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes till leaves are tender,keep stirring occasionally.After done grind into coarse paste and keep aside.
4.Take another small,heat some oil,add mustard,urad dal,curry leaves,dried red chillies,hing a pinch and saute.Pour the tempering mixture on top of chutney and serve with rice.
