Dry Prawns with Tomato Masala


1.Dry Prawns
2.Tomatoes chopped
3.Whole garam masala
4.Onion chopped
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Turmeric powder
7.Salt to taste
8.Coriander powder
9.Red chilli powder
10.Ridge gourd
11.Tamarind juice
12.Garam masala powder
13.Coriander leaves


1.Take a pan pour some moil and heat it,add in dry prawns and saute for few minutes till nice golden and crisp.Transfer into a separate plate.
2.In the same pan add whole garam masala,onion chopped and saute till golden color,add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and mix well till ginger garlic is cooked.
3.Add chopped tomatoes,salt,coriander powder,red chilli powder and cook on slow flame till tomatoes are done.Cover and cook.
4.Add some water,ridge gourd pieces and mix well,add tamarind juice as required and mix well.Add required amount of water to cook ridge gourd.
5.Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes,add fried dried prawns and mix well.Cover and cook for another 1 minute.Remove from heat and sprinkle some coriander leaves and garam masala powder.Serve hot.
