Mushroom Mint Pulao


1.Mushrooms Diced
2.Pudina (Mint leaves)
3.Bay leaves
4.Whole garam masala
5.Cumin seeds
6.Fennel seeds
7.Cashew nuts
8.Onion chopped
9.Salt to taste
10.Green chillies


1.Take a pan add some ghee and melt it,add bay leaves,whole garam masala,cumin seeds,fennel seeds,cashew nuts and saute till cashews turn light golden color.
2.Add onion slices,diced mushrooms and saute,add in salt,green chillies,1 cup pudina leaves and fry for few minutes.
3.Add water as required for cooking rice and mix well,bring it to boil.Add soaked rice,cover and cook for 7 minutes on low flame.
4.After done gently turn the rice upside down to cook the rice evenly.Serve hot.
