2.Cinnamon stick
3.Green cardamoms
5.Red chilli paste
6.Salt to taste
7.Black cloves
10.Onion sliced
11.Coriander leaves
12.Pudina leaves
13.Ginger garlic paste
14.Turmeric powder
15.Coriander powder
16.Dried red chillies


1.Roughly blend whole garam masala (cinnamon stick,mace,green cardamoms,black cloves).Keep aside.
2.Take a pan add some butter and melt it,add in sliced onions,salt and saute till nice golden color.
3.Add crushed whole garam masala and saute for few seconds.
4.Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,mutton pieces and mix well.Cook till dry and turns light brown color.
5.Add coriander powder,pudina leaves,coriander leaves,red chilli paste,curd and give it a good mix.
6.Cover and cook till tender,add curd if your meat is tender,or else add some water and cook till its tender.
7.Add some salt to taste,give it a good mix,add in dries red chillies and mix well.Cook till soft and tender.Serve hot.
