Cheese Balls


1.Butter 60 grams
2.Eggs 3
3.Parmesan cheese
4.Parsley chopped finely
5.Cheese chopped any kind
6.Capsicum chopped (Bell pepper)
7.Onion chopped finely
8.Salt to taste
9.Thyme chopped


1.Take a pan pour 160 ml water,add in butter 60 grams and bring it to boil on medium flame.
2.Add maida to boiling water and mix well without sticking to the bottom of pan.
3.Mix well without forming any lumps,switch on flame and mix well without sticking to the sides of pan.
4.Add egg mixture and mix well till it turns thick and sticky.
5.Add chopped cheese,parsley chopped,parmesan cheese,capsicum,onion chopped,salt,thyme chopped and mix well.
6.Now prepare small roundels with help of spoon and drop them in hot oil till it turns golden color.Serve hot.
