Egg Croquettes


1.Eggs boiled and chopped finely
2.Egg mixture
4.Parsley chopped
6.Crackers (Use bread crumbs, corn flakes)
8.Milk as needed
9.Pepper powder
10.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan add some butter and melt it,add in maida,mix well.
2.Saute till raw flavor is all gone,reduce flame and add some milk and mix well with a whisker.
3.Mix well,add in pepper powder,salt,cheese and saute till cheese melts.
4.Fry on medium flame and prepare a smooth dough,finally add chopped boiled eggs, parsley chopped and transfer into a plate,rest the mixture to cool down.
5.Now prepare small bullets or cutlets with the mixture,coat them with maida,egg mixture.
6.Finally coat with crackers and deep fry till golden color.Serve hot
