Mutton Sukka (Dry Lamb Masala)


2.Oil 2 tbsp
3.Onion 1 finely chopped
4.Tomato finely chopped 1
5.Tamda rassa masala paste 2 tbsp
6.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
7.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
8.Red chilli powder 1 tbsp


1.Heat tbsp oil in a pressure pan.
2.Add onion chopped and saute till light golden color.
3.Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and cook for few minutes.
4.Add in mutton pieces,water,salt and mix well.Cook for about 8 whistles.After done remove the stock aside and mutton pieces.
5.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan,add in chopped onions and saute till golden color.
6.Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute,add coriander powder,garam masala powder and cook for 2 minutes.
7.Add tomato chopped,red chilli powder and mix well.Add some water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
8.After tomatoes are cooked add tambda masala paste,cook until oil separates.
9.Add mutton pieces and salt,mix well.Cover and cook for 10 minutes till done.Serve hot.
