Prawns with Tender Tamarind Leaves - chinta chiguru


1.Prawns big size
2.Tender tamarind leaves finely chopped
4.Red chilli powder
5.Salt to taste
6.Garlic chopped
7.Onions chopped finely
8.Turmeric powder
9.Coriander powder


1.Take a pan add some butter and melt it.
2.Add marinated prawns with red chilli powder and salt.
3.Add prawns in pan and fry for few minutes and transfer into a plate.
4.In the same pan add some more butter and melt it.
5.Add chopped garlic,onions chopped,salt a pinch,turmeric powder and saute for few minutes till golden color.
6.Add red chilli powder,coriander powder,chopped tender tamarind leaves and mix well.Cover and cook on medium flame for few minutes.
7.In between give it a stir,add some salt and fried prawns and give it a stir.Coat the prawns well.
8.Add some water if need and mix it,cover and cook for few minutes till done.
