Onion Kachori


1.Onions chopped
2.Mustard seeds
3.Pinch of hing
4.Dry mango powder
5.Red chilli powder
6.Salt to taste
7.Turmeric powder
8.Poha (Atukulu)
9.Coriander leaves
11.Oil 2 tbsp


some oil in a pan add in mustard seeds,when they start crackling off
the stove,add in hing,onions,turmeric,red chilli powder,dry mango
powder,salt,poha and saute roughly.Do not overcook the onions.Add
coriander leaves and set aside to cool.
2.Meanwhile prepare a dough with maida by adding 2 tbsp oil and keep a side,Knead the dough well.
the dough into equal portions and prepare small chapathi size,place
small amount of onion mixture and close all around the edges firmly and
pat it gently,keep aside.
4.Repeat the same process for other dough,meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
drop the prepared kachori in hot oil and deep fry till light golden
color.Cook on medium heat keep flipping in between and cook evenly.Serve
