Chicken 555


1.Chicken boneless cut into thin strips
2.Maida 50 gms
3.Corn flour 50 gms
4.Pepper powder
5.Tomato sauce
6.Tasting salt
8.Ginger & Garlic finely chopped
9.Green chillies finely chopped
10.Chilli sauce
12.Spring onions finely chopped
13.Salt to taste
14.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add in corn flour,maida in equal quantities,break 1 egg and mix well.
2.Add pepper powder,ajinomoto (tasting salt) salt to taste and mix well with some water as we needed,prepare a thick consistency batter.
3.Now dip the chicken pieces in batter,gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry till light golden color,transfer into a bowl.
4.Take another pan pour some oil,add in finely chopped ginger,garlic,green chillies,spring onions and saute for few seconds.
5.Add tomato sauce,green chilli sauce and mix well.
6.Add cashewnuts,pepper,ajinomoto,salt to taste and give it a stir.Add 1/2 cup curd and mix well thoroughly,cook for few minutes.Finally add fried chicken pieces and give it a fine stir,remove from heat and transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
