Tangy Potato Bhajiyas


1.Potatoes 2 large peeled,sliced and soaked
2.Sweet chutney 1/2 cup
3.Besan flour 2 cups
4.Salt to taste
5.Baking soda a pinch
6.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl combine besan flour,salt and baking soda mix well by adding sufficient water.Prepare a thick consistency batter.
2.Pat dry the potato slices with kitchen towel and remove excess water.
3.Grease sweet chutney on top of a potato slice and cover it with another slice.Repeat the same process for another slices.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,now dip the potato slices in batter,gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry till golden.Transfer onto a paper napkin and drain excess.Serve hot.
