2.Besan flour
3.Mustard seeds
4.Cumin seeds
5.Salt to taste
6.Turmeric powder
7.Baking soda
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Coriander leaves
10.Lemon juice
11.Red chilli powder


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add mustard,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,boiled and mashed potatoes and saute for few minutes.
2.Add salt,coriander leaves and mix well,switch off the flame and rest aside to cool down,add some lemon juice and mix well.
3.Heat sufficient oil in a pan,add besan flour in a bowl,add pinch of baking soda,red chilli powder,salt,turmeric and mix well with water and prepare bajji mirchi consistency batter.
4.Prepare round balls with potato mixture,now dip them in besan batter and deep fry till nice golden brown colour.
5.Cut the bread into half,spread some pudina mixture and place vada in middle,serve immediately.
