Chocolate Peda


1.Dark Chocolate 1/2 cup grated
2.Khoya 2 cups crumbled
3.Sugar 1/4 cup
4.Liquid Glucose 1/4 tbsp
5.Cashew nuts 8


1.Heat a non stick pan,add the khoya,sugar and mix well.Saute on low heat.
2.Stir continuously for 15 minutes and transfer into a bowl.
3.Add the liquid glucose and chocolate and mix well.Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4.Rest the mixture to cool for few minutes and prepare round balls,garnish with cashew nuts and serve.
