Papad and Paneer Pops


1.Crushed Papad 1 1/2 cup
2.Paneer grated 1 cup
3.Chaat masala 1 tbsp
4.Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
5.Salt to taste
6.Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
7.Mint leaves 1 tbsp
8.Maida 5 tbsp
9.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl,combine paneer,chaat masala powder,red chilli powder,salt,chopped coriander,pudina leaves.
2.Divide the mixture into small equal portions.
3.Take another bowl add maida,salt,4 tbsp water.Mix well and prepare smooth paste.
4.Spread crushed papad on a plate.
5.Dip the paneer roundels in the flour paste and coat them with papad.
6.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,deep fry till golden brown and drain onto a absorbent paper.Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
