1.Rice flour
2.Besan flour
3.Wheat flour
5.Tempering seeds
6.Butter milk
7.Coriander leaves
8.Turmeric powder
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli powder
11.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a deep bowl add in rice flour 1 cup,besan flour 1/4 cup,wheat flour 1 tbsp,sprinkle some vaamu (carom seeds), salt to taste,red chilli powder,curry leaves and mix well with water.
2.Take a pan pour 2 tbsp oil and heat it.Add in cumin,mustard seeds and saute till they start spluttering.
3.Now prepare small chakodis with the dough and keep aside in a separate plate.
4.Prepare curd mixture by adding besan flour,red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder.
5.Now transfer the tempering mixture in curd and mix well evenly.Cook on medium flame and keep stirring in between.
6.Finally add chakodis to the boiling mixture and cook for 10 minutes till done.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
