1.Bombay ravva 1/2 cup
2.Dry coconut powder 1/2 cup
3.Besan flour 1/2 cup
4.Sugar 1 1/2 cup
5.Cardamom powder
6.Food color


1.Dry roast bombay ravva,besan flour,dry coconut powder for few minutes and keep aside in separate bowls.
2.In the same pan add sugar,some water.Prepare thick sugar syrup.
3.Slowly add the dry roasted ingredients to the syrup and mix well without forming any lumps.
4.Now add ghee 3-4 tbsp and keep stirring without sticking to the bottom of pan.
5.Cook till it attains thick consistency,sprinkle some cardamom powder and mix well.We can add food color (optional)
6.Transfer into a plate and garnish with cashew nuts.
