2.Ginger garlic paste
3.Cumin seeds
4.Sesame seeds
5.Fenugreek seeds
7.Coriander leaves
8.Coriander powder
9.Onion chopped
10.Turmeric powder
11.Salt to taste
12.Red chilli powder


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle.
3.Add mutton,salt,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute till ginger garlic turns into light brown.
4.Add red chilli powder and give it a mix.
5.Add masala paste (sesame seeds,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,fenugreek seeds 1/2 tbsp,cinammon stick and cardamoms) and cook on medium flame,mix well.
6.Now pressure cook this mutton for 4 whistles and add tamarind pulp and give it a stir.
7.Cook for 2 whistles and remove the lid,transfer into a bowl.Garnish with coriander leaves.
