Semiya Veg Dosa


1.Semiya 2 cup
2.Rice flour
3.Bombay ravva 1/4 cup
4.Carrot grated
5.Onion chopped
6.Green chillies chopped
7.Coriander leaves
8.Capsicum chopped
9.Tomatoes chopped
10.Cumin,pepper corns,fenugreek powder
11.Green chutney (coriander leaves,salt,garlic cloves,green chillies,pudina)
12.Salt to taste


1.Take a bowl add semiya,combine rice flour 1/2 cup,bombay ravva,salt and mix well with water.
2.Prepare a smooth batter consistency.
3.Meanwhile heat a non stick tawa by drizzling 1 tbsp oil and rub with half cut onion evenly all over the pan.
4.Add scoop full of batter on pan and spread like dosa.
5.Sprinkle some carrot grated,onion chopped,capsicum chopped,coriander leaves,green chillies,tomatoes chopped and drizzle some oil around the dosa and cook.
6.Cook on both the sides evenly till light golden colour.Finally sprinkle ground masala powder.Serve hot with green chutney.
