1.Potatoes boiled and peeled,mashed 6
2.Salt to taste
3.Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
4.Grated paneer 1/4 cup
5.Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup
6.Cashew nuts 6-8 chopped
7.Oil for shallow frying


1.Take a bowl add potatoes mashed,salt,red chilli powder and mix well with a fork.
2.Take another bowl place paneer,salt,coriander leaves,cashew nuts crushed and mix well.
3.Grease your palms with some oil and divide potato mixture into small equal portions,make a dent in themiddle of portion and stuff panner mixture.Seal the edges firmly and shape into tikkis.
4.Take another pour some oil for shallow frying and place the tikkis,fry till golden brown,keep turning and cook evenly on both sides on medium flame.Transfer onto a absorbent paper,drain excess.Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
