2.Toor dal
3.Red chillies
4.Green chillies
5.Coriander leaves
6.Curry leaves
7.Tempering seeds
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli powder
11.Turmeric powder


1.Melt some ghee in a pan,make gashes to usirikayalu and fry in ghee for few minutes,keep aside.
2.Add some more ghee in a pan,add tempering seeds,turmeric powder,red chillies and saute.
3.Add green chillies,boiled toor dal and mix well.Add salt,red chilli powder,fried usirikayalu and mix well.
4.Cover and cook for few minutes,sprinkle some coriander leaves,cury leaves and mix well.Serve hot.
