Corn Flakes Crispy Bajji


2.Corn flakes
3.Bajji Green chillies
5.Pepper powder
7.Salt to taste
8.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add cheese pieces 1 cup,capsicum finely chopped 1 cup and mix well evenly.
2.Now slit green chillies without seeds,stuff the capsicum mixture in it and keep aside.
3.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Take another bowl add maida 1 cup,salt to taste,pepper powder 1/2 tbsp mix well with water and prepare a thick batter without forming any lumps.
5.Now dip the stuffed mirchi in maida batter,coat with corn flakes and gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
6.Fry till golden brown colour and crisp,keep turning and fry evenly.Transfer onto a paper napkin and drain excess oil.Serve hot.
