Halbird Sweet


1.Rice flour (rice soaked and grinded into a smooth powder)
3.Coconut grated
4.Cardamom powder
5.Cashew nuts


1.Take a pan pour some ghee and melt it,fry cashew nuts till light golden colour.Transfer into a small bowl.
2.In the same pan add 1 ltr water and bring it to boil.
3.Add 1 cup jaggery to the boiling water,mix it well.
4.Add 1 cup coconut powder and mix it well and bring it to boil.Cover and boil for five minutes.
5.Now slowly add rice flour into boiling water and keep stirring without forming any lumps.
6.Add 1 tbsp cardamom powder and 1/2 cup ghee and give it a good mix.Cook on medium flame till it attains thick consistency.
7.Grease some ghee to a plate and spread evenly,now spread the mixture all over into a thick layer.Garnish with fried cashew nuts.Rest the mixture to cool for 10-15 minutes.
8.Cut into desired shapes and serve..!!
