2.Onion chopped
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Sounf (Fennel seeds)
5.Cumin seeds
6.Green chillies
7.Garam masala powder
8.Coriander powder
9.Cumin powder
10.Tomato puree
11.Cashew nuts
12.Salt to taste
13.Coriander leaves
14.Red chilli powder
17.Kasoori methi


1.Take a pan add 1 tbsp butter,some oil and heat it.
2.Fry cashews for few minutes till light brown colour and transfer into a bowl.
3.In the same way fry paneer (cut into cubes) and keep aside.
4.In the same pan add 1 cup onion chopped,1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and saute.Cover and cook for 2 minutes till light golden colour.
3.Sprinkle some fennel seeds (sounf) and mix well,add whole garam masala roughly grinded 1/2 tbsp,garam masala powder 1 tbsp,coriander powder 1/2 tbsp,cumin powder 1/2 tbsp and mix well.Fry for few minutes.
4.Add 1/2 tbsp green chillies chopped,1/2 cup tomatoes chopped.Cover and cook for few minutes till tomatoes turn soft and pulpy.
5.Add 1 cup tomato puree,1/2 cup cashew nut paste and mix well.
6.Add salt to taste,red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp give it a mix.Add coriander leaves,pudina,some water as we needed for gravy consistency.
7.Add kasoori methi roughly mashed with your palms and give it a quick stir,add some water if need.
8.Finally add fried paneer,cashew nuts and give it a fine stir,cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.Sprinkle some coriander leaves.
9.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot...with chapathi,[email protected]@@@
