2.Green chillies
3.Rice flour
4.Bombay ravva
5.Besan flour
6.Onion chopped
7.Pudina leaves
8.Coriander leaves
9.Curry leaves
10.Cumin seeds
11.Salt to taste
12.Red chilli powder
13.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add brinjal cut into slices,green chillies,onion chopped 1 cup,curry leaves,pudina leaves,cumin seeds,red chilli powder 1 tbsp,salt,bombay ravva 2 tbsp,2 tbsp rice flour mix well all the ingredients evenly and next add besan flour 4-5 tbsp.Mix well.
3.Slowly drop the mixture in hot oil and deep fry,keep turning pakodas.
4.Fry till golden brown colour and serve hot...!!!
