Fried Aloo Fingers


1.Potatoes 1 cup cut into finger size
2.Oil for deep frying
3.Salt to taste
4.Pepper powder 1 tbsp
5.Coriander leaves 1 bunch
6.Lemon juice
7.Onion chopped 1/2 cup
8.Tomato sauce


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Deep fry the potato fingers in hot oil for 5 minutes till golden colour.
3.Transfer the fried potatoes into a bowl,sprinkle some pepper powder,salt and toss well.
4.Add onion chopped,coriander leaves,lemon juice and toss once again.Serve hot..with tomato sauce..!!!
