Samosa(Kova & Dry Fruits)


1.Kova 1 cup
2.Dry Fruits 1/2 cup
3.Sugar 1/4 cup
4.Maida 2 cups
5.Salt a pinch
6.Dalda 1 tbsp
7.Cardamom powder
8.Oil for deep frying
9.Ghee 1/4 cup


1.Take a bowl add maida,salt,dalda melted and mix well by adding water as we needed.Prepare a soft dough.Rest aside.
2.Heat sufficient oil1 tbsp ghee for deep frying.
3.Take another bowl add kova,sugar,crushed dry fruits and mix well.
4.Divide the dough into small equal portions and prepare chapathis.Roll them in oval shapes.
5.Cut the chapathi into 2 equal halfs,grease some water on corners of the chapathi and bring the edges together.Prepare a cone shape and pinch the edges together hardly.
6.Now stuff the dry fruits kova mixture in the samosa and enclose it tightly by greasing water on edges.
7.Repeat the same process,gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry till golden colour.Serve hot..!!!
