Barley and Chicken Nuggets
1.Barley seeds 1/2 cup soaked
2.Chicken minced 1 cup
3.Onions 2 medium
4.Garlic cloves 12
5.Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
6.Salt to taste
8.Refined flour 3 tbsp
10.Corn flakes 1/2 cup
11.Bread crumbs 1 cup
12.Oil for shallow frying
1.Grind roughly chopped onions,garlic cloves,coriander leaves,chicken mince,pearl barley seeds,salt and pepper powder till well blended.
2.Add the refined flour and egg.Mix well.
3.Transfer into a bowl and cover it with cling film.Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
4.Crush the corn flakes and mix with bread crumbs in a plate.
5.Take the chicken mince from freezer and prepare small nuggets,roll them in corn flakes-bread crumbs mixture and press lightly.Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
6.Heat sufficient oil in a pan.
7.Place a few nuggets at a time and fry till golden colour on both the sides.
8.Serve hot with tomato sauce or chilli sauce..!!!
