Mutton Mirch Korma


1.Mutton 800gms
2.Red chilli paste 3-4
3.Oil 4 tbsp
4.Cumin seeds 1 1/2 tbsp
5.Green cardamoms 3-4
6.Cloves 3-4
7.Curd 1 cup
8.Fennel powder (Sounf Powder) 2 tbsp
9.Cinnamon powder 1/2 tbsp
10.Dry Ginger powder 1 tbsp
11.Salt to taste
12.Coriander leaves


1.Heat oil in a pressure pan,add cumin seeds,cardamoms and cloves saute till they splutter.
2.Add mutton and saute for 4-5 minutes.Add yogurt lower the heat and mix well.
3.Add fennel powder,cinnamon powder,ginger powder,salt and red chilli paste.Mix well add some water 1 cup,Mix well and add salt.Mix again.Cover and cook for 4-5 whistles.Serve hot with coriander leaves..!!!
