1.Moong dal soaked and roughly grinded 2 cups
2.Besan flour 3 tbsp
3.Green chillies 3
4.Onion chopped 1
5.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
6.Red chilli powder
7.Salt to taste
8.Coriander leaves
9.Oil for deep frying.


1.Take a bowl add moong dal,besan flour,green chillies,ginger,red chilli powder,salt,coriander leaves and mix well.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Prepare small vadas on your palms and gently drop them in hot oil.Keep turning the vadas and fry till golden colour.Repeat the same process.
4.Transfer onto a paper napkin and serve hot...with tomato ketchup...!!!!
