1.Basmati Rice cooked 1 cup
2.Mustard powder
3.Dry red chillies 3
4.Mustard seeds
5.Cumin seeds
6.Peanuts 1 tbsp
7.Oil 2 tbsp
8.Curry leaves
9.Tamarind pulp 1 small cup
10.Salt to taste
11.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
12.Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
2.Add dry red chillies,tempering seeds,peanuts and saute.
3.Add turmeric powder,curry leaves,tamarind pulp and boil it for few minutes till it attains thick consistency.Off the stove.
4.Keep stirring,add salt,mustard powder 1 tbsp and mix well.
5.Add boiled rice to the fried mixture and mix well.Transfer into a bowl nad serve hot..!!!
