Mushroom Parata


1.Maida 1 cup
2.Mushrooms 1/4 cup
3.Milk 1/4 cup
4.Butter 3 tbsp
5.Green chillies chopped 2
6.Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
7.Turmeric powder a pinch
8.Salt to taste
9.Coriander leaves
10.Onions chopped 1
11.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp


1.Take a bowl add maida,salt,milk and mix well by adding some water.Prepare a soft dough.Rest the dough for few minutes.
2.Take a pan add butter and melt it.Add cumin seeds,onions,green chillies and saute.
3.Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,mushrooms finely chopped and fry for few minutes.Add salt to taste and give it a mix.
4.Finally add some coriander leaves and give it a mix.Rest the mixture to cool.
5.Divide the dough into small equal portions and stuff the mushroom mixture into the dumpling by closing the edges and roll them into a fine and smooth parata by dusting flour.
6.Take a dosa tawa drizzle some butter and cook the parata on both sides by flipping and applying butter.Serve hot..!!!
